The CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, designation is earned upon the completion of graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience in the commercial real estate arena. Graduates are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. Worldwide, less than 10,000 professionals hold the CCIM designation.
